Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Retreat

To secure your place, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your booking will be confirmed once your deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Empowered by Tanya.
The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date.
As spaces are limited and accommodation is reserved in advance, bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to support our guests wherever possible. As significant planning, venue reservations, and retreat arrangements are made well in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 120 days before

Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded, less any applicable administration or transaction fees.

90 – 120 days before

50% of the total retreat investment will be retained.

Within 90 days

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat commencement date.

Late arrivals / early departures

No refunds or credits can be provided for unused portions of the retreat.

Transferring Your Booking

Should you be unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval by Empowered by Tanya.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include coverage for:

Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Travel delays
Lost luggage and personal belongings

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Empowered by Tanya needs to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a refund of monies paid directly to Empowered by Tanya.
Empowered by Tanya cannot be held responsible for flights, visa fees, travel insurance costs, accommodation outside of the retreat, or any other personal travel expenses.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities.
Please inform Empowered by Tanya of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to attending.
Participation in all activities is voluntary, and guests are encouraged to honour their own needs, comfort levels, and personal wellbeing throughout the retreat experience.

By submitting a deposit or making payment towards the retreat, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking & Cancellation Terms.
